- Course Descriptions - Complete sentences have not been used for many years in catalog. Rather than sentences, separate phrases by semicolons and use commas to separate a series. For examples, please reference the undergraduate catalog course descriptions.
- Cross-Listings - When cross-listing courses, please note that courses must be exactly alike (with the exception of course prefix, and sometimes number). This includes CIP codes. Cross-listed courses require the signature of both department heads.
- CIP Codes and Course Inventory - Visit the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB) website for CIP codes, course and program inventory, standards and formats for new program requests, and program and administrative proposal tracking.
- SIMS Screen 125 and 128 - These screens provide current course information and course inventory.
